About Civraria Rosemount

Civraria Rosemount is the Rosemount edition of Civraria, an independent civic record desk. It covers Rosemount, Dakota County and Rosemount-Apple Valley-Eagan Public Schools (ISD 196). It turns public records (agendas, minutes, staff reports, permits and road notices) into short, plain-language pages.

It is a record desk, not an opinion site. It doesn't endorse candidates, take positions on local issues, or run political ads.

It is independently run by Civraria staff. It is not affiliated with the City of Rosemount, Dakota County, the school district, or any other news outlet.
